		<description>I totally agree with you, Lisa and that was partially my point - that the &quot;traditional&quot; ways of looking at success and failure are pretty negative and that&#039;s what I don&#039;t like about it - they only focus on things like money and fame. Which are great, but actually don&#039;t motivate me to get up in the morning. And that&#039;s why I finished with &quot;You’re probably a success in a million other intangible, immeasurable ways that the world of money and fame could never even comprehend.&quot;

Because my own personal definition of success is pretty similar to yours but I think of it as something so completely removed from those words &quot;success and failure&quot; because I &lt;em&gt;do &lt;/em&gt;have very negative associations with those words. I&#039;ve had to re-label what I&#039;m aiming for to kind of sidestep that because when I think about it, I just break out in hives ;-) 

And I&#039;m definitely &lt;em&gt;not &lt;/em&gt;saying anyone should prescribe to my way of thinking. Lord knows I don&#039;t have any answers, just what works for me right now.</description>
