River Dee IV

The shimmering water, the sun coming through the clouds, the beautiful muted grays, blues and purples – I am in love with this painting. It currently hangs above my bed, and it is a majestic piece. It’s something that must be in the place of honour – above the couch, the bed or the fireplace.

I love the stillness, the peacefulness, and yet the drama. It’s a showstopper. Everyone who comes through the door stops and says “Oh my goodness, I love that painting.”
